Clear escalation procedure

If we discover a problem

If a visit reveals possible forced entry, suspicious activity, fire, flooding or another urgent concern, we will not enter the property or confront anyone. Where appropriate, we will contact the police or emergency services and notify the property owner or their nominated emergency contact as soon as possible.

For non-emergency problems, such as a minor leak, damp, storm damage or a maintenance issue, we will send photographs and contact the owner for instructions. We will only arrange access for a tradesperson or authorise work with the owner’s prior agreement, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to reduce serious damage.

Cave Homes Spain provides property inspections, keyholding and condition reporting. We do not provide licensed guarding, security patrols, alarm monitoring or guaranteed emergency response.
